Fair Fun

Last night we headed out to the 2015 Pike County parade and fair!  I think it's safe to say "a good time was had by all!"

Greer you are an observer of EVERYTHING!!  Nothing misses you!!!  You want to know why, how, when & where...20 times!!!  You have the funniest little personality and I love watching how it is blossoming!!  Greer your heart is so tender and compassionate...I'm sure it's made of gold!!  You have spunk, sass and even though a little shy, you let your mind and heart be known!!

Last Thursday was the first day of dance class for our sweet little ballerina!  I don't know who was more excited Greer or Mama???

Beauty Queens

Saturday night we headed to Arkadelphia to watch Micah Claire and Kinley compete in the Petite Miss and Little Miss Clark county pageants.  Greer had so much fun watching the girls on stage...we all did!!  Micah Claire and Kinley were gorgeous and did awesome!!

Greer adores these two sweethearts!!  I am so glad she has them to grow up with and look up to!!!

August

The first of the month we headed with Daddy to Little Rock for a couple days while he attended his administrators' conferences. 

First up was a trip to Toys r Us to spend a gift card that was burning a hole in Greer's pocket:)

We hit up Altitudes, Chick fil A and swam in the pool on Tuesday.

That night Daddy took his girls out on a date to Texas Roadhouse....YUMMO!!

Wednesday was our last morning for fun, so we headed to the Wonderplace where Ms. Dayle, Karoline, Brock & Pax met up with us!!

Greer fished, was a veternarian, shopped at the Little Rock Market, played dress up & last but not least she found the Calico Critters.  I think we spent an hour at this table! 

We picked Daddy up at noon and headed home.  Greer had the best surprise waiting on her when we got there....her first bicycle!!!  Poppa's are the best...especially ours!!!

The next week we headed to the Diamond Mines waterpark on Wednesday night for our annual Back to School bash with our church family!!  Always such a fun time with everyone!!!  

The next morning we headed out for a morning run and visit with our favorite doggie friends!!  Greer sharing her Pirates's Booty with them!!

Monday came...and this happened!!  I always say our house runs on lots of love, JESUS & naps!!!  Can I get an AMEN???

Finally Saturday came and we were headed to the circus!!! 

First things first.....COTTON CANDY!!  And then we washed that all down with an elephant snowcone!! 

As Greer says, "I liked the elePHANTS!"

We ended the month helping Micah Claire celebrate her 8th birthday!!  Greer had a blast playing Barbies, eating pizza, cake, having a mani/pedi, and staying up til 12 with 10 other giggly, silly girls!!
