Life lately....

Life seems to finally be getting back to normal...well at least we seem to be rid of germs!!!  Two weeks ago Greer started running a super high temp.  Off to the doctor we went.  Strep and flu were going around.  That day she tested negative for both strep and flu.  We treated symptoms of strep and were sent home with antibiotics.  

That was a Wednesday....Thursday her fever came down to around 99-100 and she was feeling some better.  I even was able to get a blowout from her at the salon ;)

Friday morning we woke up to her feeling not so good again.  Watery eyes...running nose...coughing, but she was determined  to go check on Aunt Kristie because she was having a little procedure done.  So off we went to spread sunshine and GERMS!!!  The day went from bad to worse and by Saturday I had a super sick baby girl on my hands.  Back to the doctor we went....only to test positive for flu:(  We were all sent home with Tamiflu..and we woke up to a better Greer the next day!!  Thank the Lord for prayers, boogie wipes and Tamiflu!!

 

We started off the next week much better...

Friday Favorites

Monday I woke up one year older!!!  It was a day full of sweet loves from my favorites, fun messages and texts from friends and family and it ended with a yummy dinner with my favorites peeps!!  #thirtyeightandgreat:)

What are girls to do when there is a forever line for Mama to wait in to get her driver's license renewed??? #selfies

SNOW FUN!!!

This morning we woke up to a light dusting of snow on the ground, but before too long we looked out the window to the prettiest snowflakes coming down.  It was begging us to come play in it!!
