Heart Smiles

Life lately has been soaking up lots of beautiful fall days outside.  The weather has been gorgeous for tire swinging, cranberry (sand) pie tasting and playground dates:) 

Last week we had a sick kitty Tommy.  We headed over to Doc Martin's for him to assess the situation.  While we weren't happy to have to leave him (holding on to front door throwing a hissy), we knew he was in excellent hands for some much needed TLC.  To kill some time and get our mind off things we dropped by Mama's old workplace and gave Ms. Carla hugs, McDonald's for lunch then off to the playground!!

 

I couldn't help myself think back to the many beautiful days  I walked around this little playground  in DeQueen on lunch breaks praying for days such as these:)  Minus the cat crisis of course:(

I stand amazed everyday of God's love for me and how good He is...ALL the time!!  Even in the midst of life trials and struggles....oh how much He cares!!!

 

This smile....is my daily reminder of God's impeccable timing :)

Anna Greer, you are the most precious gift that your Daddy and I have received from the hand of God.  You are fearfully and wonderfully made!! Our prayer for you is that your love for Jesus will continue to grow...and one day you will welcome Him in your precious heart...may your LIGHT  shine forever bright!!!  Oh how we love you sweet, precious girl.  You are our world.  We love you to JESUS...forever and always!!!

Dr. Greer is in at the Wonderplace while Mama had her sutures removed from a small dental procedure.  How do you call something "small" when you have to eat soft foods for two whole weeks!! #nomoreapplesauceforme#cheeseburgerandfriesplease

We ended up having to leave Tommy, but after a few days and nights with the awesome staff at DeQueen Animal Hospital and lots of prayers...Tommy got to come home!!!  

A very happy reunion it was :)

Saturday turned out to be another gorgeous fall day, so we headed out to the annual arts and crafts fair at Hot Springs with Mam!

Of course we found the petting zoo :)

So this year I have taken on a little side gig for a few extra $$$, but mostly to prepare Greer and I for next year...KINDERGARTEN.  It's just a few days a week here and there, but it's my highlight of the day when I see these pop up on my phone :)  #greerandmam#mamandgreer#bffs
